This notice explains how the public LegalOS website handles general contact enquiries and browsing activity.

Public website data

When you submit the public contact form, the system records the information you provide, together with the time of submission and the request IP address, to support operational follow-up and platform administration.

Purpose of collection

We collect enquiry information to respond to your request, handle sales and support conversations, and maintain a basic audit trail for public website interactions.

Security

The public forms use server-side session handling and CSRF validation. Enquiry records are stored on the application server in log format unless you later integrate a deeper CRM workflow.
